Beginning her career in neurological healthcare, Andi has worked within large public and private organisations. She is mum to three kids and has balanced parenting with work, study and many years developing and leading teams in the non-profit sector. Andi has a particular interest in supporting professionals to navigate change and manage work-family balance. She focused her MSc psychology research on women-returners and the impact of career interruptions on parents. As a specialist parental transition coach, she supports working-parents to rediscover a balanced, effective and purposeful life that is best for themselves, their families and their organisations.

Experience and qualifications
Andi has an MSc in psychology, with distinction, and a First Class BSc (Hons) degree. She is a graduate member of the British Psychological Society and a member of the division of Coaching Psychology. Andi is accredited as a coaching and mentoring practitioner with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council.
She is also qualified as a specialist Parental Transition Coach, awarded by the International Coaching Federation. Andi delivers both one-to-one and group sessions and has coached clients across a range of sectors, including FMCG, Professional Services,
Healthcare, Banking, Education, Tech, Not-For-Profit and Asset Management. Recent clients include UNICEF, Moonpig and Gallagher Insurance.
