David started BeingDads which explores what it means to be a dad in today’s world and how to be a better one. He’s interviewed a wide range of dads to build answers to these questions, from
successful entrepreneurs, experts on innovation and collaboration, clinical psychologists, happiness experts and environmental campaigners.

David is also a director at Skating Panda, working on defining and embedding purpose and values into organisations, which blends organisational design and development, behaviour change, communications and sustainability. He sat on the UN Taskforce for Sustainable Lifestyles and judged awards such as the creative industry D&AD New Blood awards. He has successfully built and led many teams, and is particularly fond of facilitating and training, having run numerous sessions for clients across Europe and in China.

David publishes interviews with dads and articles at www.beingdads.com and writes regularly for The Good Men Project. He’s father to two brilliant, and sometimes bumptious boys.
