Support for managers
The relationship between an employee experiencing a life-changing event and their manager can be the make or break when it comes to wellbeing, productivity and retention. The manager has the ability to make an enormous positive difference to the team member’s professional and personal life through the support and understanding they offer during challenging times.
The sessions enable managers to address knowledge gaps and reflect on the impact of their leadership with an objective, external coach. Each session is tailored to the manager’s individual questions and aims for the meeting, however specific themes around wellbeing, stress, relationships, keeping in touch and then reintegration and progression will always be on the agenda.
