Who’s this for

Anyone who has completed part 1. Coaches with some coaching experience and/or training who are looking to expand their skills in this specialist area might find the content a little easier, but it’s not mandatory. If you work in HR/D&I/L&D, this will be great programme for you to build on your knowledge and experience of this area of coaching.

Successful completion of this programme will result in ICF Continuing Coach Education Hours.

The Advanced Certificate offers comprehensive training and certification, recognised by the ICF, to empower coaches to become experts in this in-demand field.

Through a series of eight virtual one-to-one coaching sessions, you will learn best practices for supporting workplaces, managers and employees — ensuring the parental transition works for everyone involved.

The programme is designed for coaches who have either completed a recognised coaching qualification or have been coaching for at least 5 years. You will also be expected to have at least 4 years of organisational experience. And, either be a parent or have knowledge of the parental transition journey.
