Meet the team

Since 2009, our team of qualified coaches has focussed entirely on the career development of parents, and their managers, in the workplace.  Our coaches are all qualified through the International Coach Federation (or equivalent) and prioritise their self-development.  Our flexible and tailored workshops, webinars and online portal benefit from our relationships with our Panel of Experts, who provide us with practical and specialised expertise in areas such as mental health, flexible working and wellbeing.
