Helen Letchfield


As an ICF-accredited coach, with more than 20 years’ experience in Learning and Development for global organisations, Helen combines her L&D background with her passion for coaching and her desire to create sustainable, family-friendly cultures.

Helen previously worked for Credit Suisse in Singapore, designing and facilitating change management and career development interventions for the Asia Pacific region. She also worked for the Barclays Wealth Learning and Development team for 7 years, on key leadership and learning projects.

Based on her own experience of the desire to balance parenthood with career-progression, Helen co-founded P&P Coaching in 2009. Like so many working parents, Helen personally experienced the startling transition of moving from being a professional with a senior role, to a sleep-deprived, brand-new, home-alone parent – and then back again into the world of organisational politics and career demands – all on reduced hours! It was this challenging and life-changing experience, however, that inspires Helen to help others manage the transition and find a happy work/family balance.

Now, Helen spends most of her time on growing the company and on developing leaders to embrace and inspire flexible and family-friendly workplace cultures.
