Level One: Parental Transition Coaching Course

£75 + VAT | Includes completion certificate

A self-paced online introduction, perfect if you’re curious about this area of coaching.

You’ll gain a clear, practical overview of parental transition coaching, what it involves, why it matters, and how you can begin to support employees through this important stage.

Ideal for anyone looking to support working parents, or colleagues within their organisation, with or without coaching experience.

Level Two: Parental Transition Coaching Certificate

£1,495 + VAT per part. Includes ICF Continuing Coach Education Units

The Certificate Programme is a structured, two-part experience designed to build your confidence and capability in parental transition coaching.

You’ll explore core principles, practical frameworks, and real-life coaching scenarios across the parental transition journey in part 1 and how to support managers in part 2.

While some coaching knowledge or experience is beneficial, it is not essential.

Level Three: Parental Transition Coaching ICF Advanced Certificate

An advanced programme for experienced coaches looking to expand their expertise.

At this level, the focus shifts to broadening your perspective, strengthening your coaching approach, and developing your practice within organisational contexts, supporting both individuals and the wider workplace environment.

The programme is designed for coaches who have either completed a recognised coaching qualification or have been coaching for at least 5 years. You will also be expected to have at least 4 years of organisational experience. And, either be a parent or have knowledge of the parental transition journey.
