Fertility struggles are more common in the workplace than many realise, with as many as 1 in 7 individuals needing assistance to build their family. Yet, a recent survey by Fertility Matters at Work found that nearly 70% of employees going through fertility issues had no workplace policy to support them, and only 1.7% of existing policies met their needs. Alarmingly, 36% of employees facing fertility challenges have considered leaving their jobs.
