Background

Anne is a multi-lingual coach and trainer with over 14 years’ experience. Anne helps individuals and organisations unleash their potential. She particularly enjoys working with parents who want a successful career as well as having time for themselves and their loved ones. Her clients appreciate her kind and open-minded approach. Anne coaches in French, Spanish and English.

Anne is French and lives in Amsterdam with her partner and her children. She has worked with international organisations including Danone and Starbucks as well as FTSE 100 organisations in management positions. Her roles led her to work cross functionally with commercial and support functions on business processes (i.e., integrated business planning, system implementations), improving ways of working, and developing people and teams to achieve high performance.

Experience and qualifications
Anne has more than 800 hours of coaching experience, she is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and a trained Organisation, Relationship & Systems Coach (CRR Global), accredited PCC with the International Coach Federation. She holds a master’s in business from the Institut Supérieur du Commerce Paris (business school).

Approach to coaching
She uses the Co-Active Coaching & Leadership models where the focus is on coaching the whole person (meaning career doesn’t go without family or self development or leisure). She also uses tools from Organization Relationship and Systemic Coaching to support people in building their relationships and gives them useful technics to deal with conflict. Her use of mindfulness and somatic training helps her clients to be more grounded and to anchor their learnings.
