“Coaching with Katharine has been a game changer. Before starting coaching, I was quite unfocused, out of control, quite toxic self-reflection, with low confidence as a midlife woman in a senior leadership role. I have had other coaches and mentors, but Katharine is unique in her approach; she is compassionate, astute and inspirational, and her coaching feels far more holistic and tailored. Working with Katharine feels like a life reset. I wish every woman could experience it; I truly do.”

“Katharine came into my world when I felt as if I had done everything I could to progress my career, and as I was coming up to 60, I felt as if I should resign myself to never achieving my perceived potential as a female leader. Katharine carefully challenged my perceptions of myself and particularly how this could impact how others perceived me. I learnt how to show my passion in ways that allowed others to see my commitment and ability to bring my authentic self to the workplace for the organisation’s benefit.”
