She specialises in career transitions, working with corporate and private individuals in areas of self-awareness, personal brand and leadership development. Sam has more than 20 years of experience navigating the corporate world with a NASDAQ listed company, leading high performing teams and coaching associates in sales, marketing, operations, support and client management. These are valuable skills she brings to the coaching process. Sam’s last role as a Senior Sales Executive, was responsible for market direction and strategies related to the Singapore healthcare market, managing a pipeline worth SGD$140 million dollars.

No stranger to change, her transition from being a pharmacist to working in a multi-national healthcare technology company to starting her own coaching practice, reflects her coaching style of exploring the unknown and remaining curious about life.

Sam holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy from the National University of Singapore. Graduating from the Coach U Advanced Coaching Program, Sam is a Professional Certified Coach, a credential from International Coaching Federation. She is also certified as an Extended DISC® Profiler as well as Management Drives Profiler.

Passionate about coaching and getting clients to level up in their lives, Sam served as the President of ICF Singapore Chapter in 2018 and remains very active in the coaching community.

Sam’s straight forward and authentic manner puts her clients at ease quickly. She has a knack of getting to the heart of the matter rather than working on a surface goal. Sam holds the philosophy of teaching her clients to fish rather than fish for them.
