Nicky is an experienced facilitator, learning specialist and coach who creates engaging, supportive spaces where people can build confidence, develop practical skills and navigate key career and life transitions. She facilitates workshops on parental transitions, communication, management, leadership and wellbeing, helping individuals and teams explore challenges, share experiences and leave with practical strategies they can put into action.

Drawing on her expertise in learning and development, executive coaching and
maternity transitions, Nicky combines evidence-based learning with a calm, relatable facilitation style that encourages honest conversations and meaningful reflection.

Background

Nicky has over 15 years’ experience in learning and development, having worked in law firms and fintech, including Ashurst, Kennedys, Macfarlanes and TradingHub, where she established the learning and development function and led the organisation’s parental leave programme.

Alongside her facilitation work, Nicky specialises in supporting women through the
transition to motherhood, helping them prepare for maternity leave, navigate identity shifts and return to work with greater confidence and clarity. Her qualifications include an MSc in Leadership and Human Resource Management, a Certificate in Instructional Design, a Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching from Henley Business School, and accreditation as both a PRISM Brain Mapping and MBTI Step I Practitioner.
