Henriette Phillips

Co-Founder

As the co-founder of P&P, Henriette enjoys working on the strategic direction of the company, and she is instrumental in turning business strategy into operational success.

Henriette has 12 years’ experience in finance for global organisations.  She previously worked for 3M’s finance team, analysing and reporting on stock numbers for the Scandinavian countries, Germany and Italy. She also worked in Burberry’s finance team for 7 years, developing systems and processes to report on inventory valuations to senior management in a transforming business.

Henriette co-founded Parent and Professional Ltd in 2009 after having returned to work twice after maternity leave on a flexible basis. She combined her own experience of being a working parent with her desire to set up and run her own business. She is passionate about helping others improve their work/family balance and her personal vision is for a future where organisations realise the full potential of all working parents.

As well as having a Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) qualification, Henriette has attended various courses in business set up, planning and analysis. In 2010 she completed the course ‘Coaching People through Change’ with Newcastle College. Henriette is an affiliate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
