Andrew Kitton
Flexibility Expert and Facilitator
Andrew is an experienced Training and Development Consultant, with a background in Financial Services. He specialising in managing flexibility for leaders, time management and work/life balance. He is passionate about helping parents and managers boost their personal effectiveness and communication.
Andrew is a knowledgeable and inspirational trainer who creates a challenging and fun environment in the training room, with the emphasis on learning that has an impact in the workplace.
His experience includes investment banking, retail financial services, mortgages and retail banking. He has delivered programmes in the UK, US, Europe, Emerging Markets, Australia and the Far East. Most recently, Andrew’s work with working parents has been with law firm Bircham Dyson Bell, British Land, Janus Henderson and Accenture. He is also the main facilitator of Imperial College’s MBA module – ‘Managing Flexibility.’
Andrew has been involved in Learning and Development since 1992 and specialises in soft skills and behavioural training. He has designed and delivered programmes across Leadership, Management, Personal Development, Presenting, Selling and Sales Management.
Andrew holds a BSc Hons in Accounting and Business Economics. He is professionally qualified as a trainer (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) and completed several financial services qualifications. He is also a qualified practitioner of the MBTI, DISC and Emotions and Behaviours at Work.
Andrew lives with his wife and daughters; 22-year old Daniella and 18-year old Sam: “Being the best parent you can be, whilst making the most of your career is a tough challenge – the more skills you can develop to help manage with this, the better.”
