Claire is exceptionally passionate about the wellbeing of individuals and has a pragmatic and holistic approach to any people centred issues. She has been recognised across her work career for her empathy and compassion when dealing with exceptionally sensitive issues and strives for the best possible outcome. She is a former fertility patient herself and is a proud mummy after having three rounds of IVF treatment.
Claire’s own work experience during her treatment cycles made her realise just how much was missing in terms of support and information that she needed to navigate the two together. Alongside 2 other former fertility patients , Natalie Silverman and Becky Kearns, ‘Fertility Matters at Work’ was formed in early 2020 as a Community Interest Company whose main mission is to change the narrative around those accessing fertility treatment and ensure that they have the best support possible from their employer.
