Parental Transition Expert and Facilitator

Czarina is an experienced facilitator who has most recently delivered a series of maternity coaching workshops to groups of GPs in a bid to address the attrition of women leaving the healthcare profession.  She also recently facilitated a career management workshop to a global United Nations Agency and regularly delivers 1:1 career coaching sessions.

Czarina has a career coaching qualification through the Career Counselling Services which is accredited by the Association of Coaching. 

Czarina started her career in PR helping to build brands. She then moved into PR recruitment, helping to secure talent for clients ranging from small independents to global brand manufacturers and integrated consultancies. She then moved into a talent team and for over 10 years, headed the talent acquisition function for a global, integrated, communications consultancy.

Czarina is mother to a 7 year old son.
