With a corporate HR background, Ellie supports families to adapt and apply professional standards when hiring and managing home help, creating harmonious homes built on clarity and respect.

Ellie is a CIPD qualified HR Business Partner with over 10 years’ experience in multinational businesses. After moving to the UAE, she has recognised the value that HR practices can bring into the home.

Her approach challenges the perception of home help as “unskilled” labour and instead positions these roles as vital partners in family life. Ellie works with working parents to help them shift mindset, build clarity, and feel equipped to lead at home; whether navigating feedback, addressing performance, or establishing boundaries. Her work focuses on supporting working parents successfully hire, induct and manage home help using practical tools drawn from HR best practice.

Through workshops, 1-2-1 consultancy and downloadable resources, she empowers parents to create respectful, structured and effective working relationships within their homes. Her aim is to reduce stress, create harmonious homes, and allow working parents to focus more fully on their careers, knowing their home team is supported and thriving.
