Isabelle is a certified coach, trainer, and research psychologist with over two decades of experience in the scientific realms of psychology, neuroscience, and clinical research. Equipped with two degrees in psychology (BA and MSc), she specialises in integrating evidence-based approaches into coaching and training initiatives for organisations. With more than ten years of leadership experience in clinical research, Isabelle is well-versed in navigating the challenges of high-pressure environments, including team leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution.

She has extensive experience in designing and implementing coaching and training programmes, workshops, and webinars for diverse groups and is dedicated to developing training and coaching sessions that are practical, engaging, and focused on experiential learning.
